2011 Guidelines

Please read.  Guidelines have been revised for the 2011 grant cycle.

The Saint Vincent Hospital Community Benefits Program has a new name!  To better reflect our commitment to creating an environment that celebrates the total health of the individual to the benefit of the local communities that we serve we are now known as the Saint Vincent Hospital Health for Life Community Benefits Grant Program.  We have also revised our grant guidelines for this year.  For the 2011 grant cycle the Saint Vincent Hospital Health for Life Community Benefits Grant Committee will only be accepting applications and funding organizations from last year's (2010) recipients.  But in order to be eligible to receive a portion of this year's funds, these organizations must complete the attached evaluation form and addendum information.

As you know, evaluations are valuable tools that offer the unique chance to share your insights with our Committee members while also ensuring the continued success of our grant program to support important health-related initiatives that serve vulnerable populations in the Greater Worcester and Central Massachusetts areas.  Evaluation & addendum information should be sent to Teri Hegarty, Manager of Marketing and Public Relations, Saint Vincent Hospital 123 Summer Street, Worcester, MA 01608.  To be eligible for the 2011 grant (which will be half of what each organization received in 2010) the attached information and evaluation form must be postmarked by April 14, 2011.
