| Salmon filets | 2 (6-ounce) |

- Directions
- Mash together garlic and salt with the back of knife or fork to form a paste. Combine garlic paste, dill, and mustard in a small bowl.
- Prepare grill. Rub both sides of salmon with mustard mixture. Place 4 thin slices of lemon on a large sheet of foil. Set salmon, skin side down, on lemon slices, and transfer salmon on foil to grill. Cover and grill about 18 minutes, until salmon is opaque throughout.
