From the East:

Route 495 to Route 290 West to Exit 16 "East Central Street".  At bottom of the ramp, take a right.  Go to the lights at the first four-way intersection.  Take a left onto Summer Street.  Take the first right into the parking garage.

From the North:

Take I-190 to Route 290 West to Exit 16 "East Central Street".  At bottom of the ramp, take a right.  Go to the lights at the first four-way intersection.  Take a left onto Summer Street.  Take the first right into the parking garage.

From the South:

Take I-290 East to Exit 16 "East Central Street".  At the bottom of the ramp, take a left.  Go to the lights at the first four-way intersection.  Take a left onto Summer Street.  Take the first right into parking garage.

From the West:

Take the Mass Pike East to Exit 10, Auburn.  Take I-290 East to Exit 16, "East Central Street".  At the bottom of the ramp, take a left.  Go to the lights at the first four-way intersection.  Take a left onto Summer Street.  Take the first right into parking garage.

Leaving the parking garage/patient drop off area heading to I-290 West:

Take a right at the lights at the bottom of the exit roadway.  Enter Washington Square rotary, exiting at first roadway under the railroad.  Get in left lane and go to the traffic lights.  Take a left onto Worcester Center Boulevard.  Go through 1 traffic light, then get in left lane.  Take left at next light onto Green Street.  Follow Green Street to stop sign at Kelley Square.  Go straight ahead into Kelley Square and look for signs to I-290 West.  First exit off I-290 is Route 146.
