About Us
Serving Our Community for More Than a Century
At Saint Vincent Hospital and Saint Vincent Medical Group, we are committed to providing quality, comprehensive care at a location close to home. Our personalized care coupled with skilled physicians and advanced technology means you can count on quality care whenever you visit Saint Vincent.
About Saint Vincent Hospital
For more than 100 years, Saint Vincent Hospital has provided quality care to Worcester and nearby communities. As we’ve grown, we’ve added new treatments and expanded services to better support people of all ages, from newborns to seniors.
We were the first hospital in central Massachusetts to offer robotically assisted surgery and minimally invasive, computer-assisted joint replacements. As technology evolves, we continue to introduce some advanced treatment options like CyberKnife Radiosurgery, an incision-free treatment that uses targeted radiation to address many malignant and non-malignant tumors with fewer complications and shorter recovery times than traditional surgery.
For chronic heart conditions, our medically prescribed and supervised Cardiac Rehabilitation Program helps reduce cardiovascular risks and improve overall heart health and fitness. We remain the only hospital in the area offering this specialized program.
Our commitment has earned recognition across the health care community, including Blue Distinction Center designations in Cardiac Services, Bariatric Surgery and Knee and Hip Replacement.
