Selection Criteria for Interview Invitations
We receive over 500 applications each year from outstanding candidates but are only able to interview approximately 10% of applicants.
Our selection committee carefully reviews each application thoroughly. We are seeking well-rounded applicants demonstrating leadership and teamwork skills, academic achievement, and genuine interest in training at a community hospital.
