Saint Vincent Hospital Welcomes New Senior Leadership Team Members

Jun 4, 2021

Worcester, MA – June 4, 2021 – Saint Vincent Hospital welcomes the newest members of its senior leadership team: Chief Nursing Officer Tim Clark and Chief Human Resources Officer Anita Holbrook. Anita began her role a few weeks ago, and Tim will be starting later this month.

Tim Clark, RN, BSN, MBA, comes to Saint Vincent with over 25 years of experience in nursing and hospital operations. His most recent role was as the interim chief nursing officer (CNO) of St. Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco. Tim has served in the CNO role for several hospitals and health systems, demonstrating his commitment to the nursing profession and dedication to quality, safety and the patient experience throughout his career.

Anita Holbrook comes to Saint Vincent with over 15 years of human resources experience, serving in a broad array of specialist, generalist and senior leadership roles. Anita joins us from Steward Health Care Systems, where she served as regional vice president of human resources. In this role, Anita was responsible for the oversight of human resources operations and employee health services for 13 hospitals, supporting approximately 16,000 employees in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Tim will be taking over from Chief Nursing Officer Lisa Beaudry, MPH, RN, CNM, who recently announced her decision to retire at the end of June. Lisa has been an integral part of the Saint Vincent nursing leadership team over the last several years, first as the director of the Center for Women and Infants, then as the hospital’s interim CNO, before officially assuming the role last fall.

Lisa shared her intention to retire prior to accepting the CNO role, but she agreed to stay and help lead the hospital through the COVID-19 pandemic. Her accomplishments in the Center for Women and Infants include leading the organization to Baby Friendly and Level IIB nursery status.  As CNO, she has worked tirelessly to implement pandemic safety guidelines and deliver the best possible patient outcomes during an unprecedented time in the history of medicine.

“We can’t thank Lisa enough for cultivating the culture of care within our hospital that starts in nursing, but touches all areas of our hospital,” Jackson said. “Her work ethic and dedication to ensuring excellent patient care quickly made her an integral part of our senior team. Everyone here at Saint Vincent is wishing her a happy and healthy retirement.”
