About Bhalchandra Parulkar
Dr. Parulkar is board certified by the American Board of Urology and maintains many national and professional organization memberships including the American Urological Association, Massachusetts Association of Practicing Urologists, Massachusetts Medical Society. In addition to his academic teaching role, he was the past Chief of Surgery at an established healthcare center in Massachusetts and is currently the Chief of Urology at Saint Vincent Hospital. He is the President Elect of the Medical staff at Marlboro Hospital. He did his residency at UMass and Fellowship at Mayo Clinic and Wayne State University.
Dr. Parulkar is a well established contributor to numerous symposiums, lectures and conferences on various Urological subjects. He has extensive expertise in robotic and laparoscopic surgery, erectile dysfunction, male infertility, Vasectomy and Vasectomy reversal, urinary incontinence and diseases of the prostate and kidneys especially stones. Dr. Parulkar provides a respectful, professional environment for patients to receive high quality care. Dr. Parulkar is often teaching Residents on the latest advancements in Urological treatment plans. My regular nurse that has been helping me was out so I was helped by one of the other assistance in the urology office so I don't know how familiar she would be with everything or my entire history, but I was able to explain a few things and then she was able to get on with checking the bladder But it all checked out fine

It took a little while, but I was finally able to go through a void trial successfully and it came at just the right time before Christmas so I'm very glad that I had the staff there to help me with getting a catheter removed and and overtime I was able to become a lot more comfortable with the process, and I think because of this it made it possible for me to void the bladder successfully on my last visit And that made it possible for me to no longer receive any more catheters so as things go right now so far everything is going very well

There was no registration. This was just a blood draw. There was no line at the desk when I checked in (slightly early), so there was no wait. When I explained that I had another appointment closely following the blood draw the message was passed on to the nurse and she was able to accommodate me, taking me slightly out of sequence. The gesture was very much appreciated.
