The Neurointerventional Surgery team at Saint Vincent Hospital provides comprehensive, minimally invasive care for brain aneurysms, stroke, carotid artery disease, vascular malformations, and other neurovascular conditions. We take a multidisciplinary approach to develop an individualized treatment plan for every patient.
Brain Procedures
- Cerebral (Brain) Angiography for aneurysms, AVMs, arthrosclerosis and other brain vascular conditions
- Cerebral (Brain) Aneurysms Management & Treatment (Coil Embolization, Stenting, Flow Diversion or WEB Embolization)
- Acute STROKE Interventions Mechanical Thrombectomy o Carotid/Vertebral Artery Stenting for stenosis
- Brain Arteriovenous Malformations (AVMs) and Dural Fistula Embolization o Intercranial Angioplasty & Stenting
- Middle Meningeal Embolization for non-surgical treatment of chronic subdural hematomas.
- 2nd read for brain MRI/MRA for suspected/ confirmed cerebrovascular diseases
- Brain aneurysm surveillance program- for patients who don’t need any treatment, we put them in a plan for surveillance imaging based on most current guidelines
