Why SVH: Comprehensive surgical training, diverse clinical exposure, and a supportive learning environment. During my externship, I was impressed by the program's commitment to resident education, hands-on experience, and the emphasis on both professional and personal growth. The opportunity to work with a wide range of skilled, approachable attendings made it clear that this program would challenge me while also providing the guidance needed to thrive. I truly felt that St. Vincent was a place where I could grow into a confident, well-rounded podiatric physician. The residents are also very nice & personable and the view of the beautiful atrium every day is an icing on the cake.
